🎁 1. Free Trial

Chatswala offers a 14-day free trial on all plans with no credit card required. During the trial:

  • Full access to all platform features included in your selected plan
  • Up to 1,000 test messages included
  • No charges incurred β€” no refund request needed
  • Cancel anytime before the trial ends with zero obligation

We encourage you to thoroughly evaluate the platform during the free trial period before making any payment commitment.

βœ… 2. Refund Eligibility

βœ“ You ARE eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription
  • You have used less than 20% of your monthly message quota
  • You experience a verified technical failure preventing you from using the core platform features that we are unable to fix within 72 hours
  • Chatswala processes your payment in error (duplicate charge)

βœ— You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • Your WhatsApp account is suspended by Meta for policy violations
  • More than 7 days have passed since the billing date
  • You have used more than 20% of your message allowance
  • You request a refund for WhatsApp conversation charges (these are Meta's charges)
  • Your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • You purchased an annual plan more than 7 days ago

❌ 3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • WhatsApp Conversation Charges β€” billed by Meta directly or passed through to you
  • Green Tick / Meta Verification Service Fee β€” once document submission begins
  • Add-on credits β€” message top-ups or extra credits already consumed
  • Custom development / integration work β€” once work has commenced
  • Annual plans after 7 days β€” partial refunds are not available for unused months on annual subscriptions

πŸ”š 4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Log into your dashboard β†’ Settings β†’ Subscription β†’ Cancel Plan
  • Or contact support on WhatsApp: +91 73073 36709

Monthly plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.

Annual plans: You may cancel anytime, but refunds are only provided if within the 7-day eligibility window. No partial refunds for unused months.

After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export it.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Email support@chatswala.com with subject: "Refund Request – [Your Account Email]"
  • Include: your registered email, order/invoice number, reason for refund
  • Or WhatsApp us at +91 73073 36709

Processing time:

  • Approval/rejection decision within 2–3 business days
  • Approved refunds credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days (depends on your bank)
