Chatswala (operated by Ravi Kumar Gupta, UDYAM-MH-23-0392705) is a WhatsApp Business API service provider registered under India's MSME Act. By using our platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1.1 Account Information โ€” When you register, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, business name, and GSTIN (if applicable).

1.3 Business & Contact Data โ€” You may upload customer contact lists for broadcast purposes. This data is stored securely and used solely for message delivery on your behalf.

1.4 Payment Information โ€” Billing details are processed through secure payment gateways (Razorpay/PayU). We do not store your card details on our servers.

1.5 Communication Data โ€” Messages sent or received through the Chatswala platform may be logged for delivery tracking, analytics, and compliance purposes.

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our WhatsApp API platform
  • Process your transactions and send related billing notices
  • Deliver WhatsApp messages on behalf of your business

  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service
  • Assist with Meta Business Verification and Green Tick applications

Chatswala is built on the Meta WhatsApp Business API. By using our platform:

  • Your business data and messages are subject to Meta's Privacy Policy
  • You authorise Chatswala to act as your Business Solution Provider (BSP) with Meta
  • Message logs are retained for a limited period for compliance and dispute resolution
  • You must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy when sending messages through our platform

We process your Meta Business Manager credentials solely for API connection purposes and never share them with unauthorised parties.

We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Trusted third parties (cloud hosting, payment gateways, analytics) who assist us in operating the platform under strict data processing agreements
  • Meta/Facebook: Required for WhatsApp Business API connectivity
